We make adapters, arm assemblies, trunnions, blocks, brackets, caps , connectors, counterweights, couplings, covers, cylinders, elbows, flanges, heads, flywheels, housings, levers, manifolds, pins, plates, cylinder liners, pulleys, plugs, rings, shafts, sheaves, shims, spacers, supports, yokes, valve bodies.

100% of our fixturing is designed and built “in house” by experienced designers & machinist’s, providing a competitive edge in quality, delivery and cost.

We offer competitive pricing for:

• Low volume service/non-current parts.
• Prototype and prove design products.
• The manufacture and assembly of assembled products.
• Medium to high production volumes.

Our equipment

IMTW has a large inventory of late model CNC Machine Centers and Lathes. Our largest machine center pallet size is 1,000 mm. Our largest lathe "chuck" is 28" in diameter.

Because we are continually upgrading and purchasing new equipment, our equipment list is constantly changing. As a reference, our work envelope size for Horizontal CNC work centers is 43”Lx22”W x18” H. Our CNC Lathes work envelope is 18” diameter by 60” L.

Please note that as a result of our continual investment in new equipment, we are not limited to these size envelopes.
